InterMail has a long history of providing communication and marketing solutions. Our team specializes in offering SaaS-products for running loyalty programs and creating cutting egde customer experiences, which are currently used by some of Scandinavia’s biggest brands.

Position overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Danish Sales Manager to join our SaaS team and drive our sales efforts to new heights. You will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensuring their success with our SaaS solutions. Leveraging your sales expertise in the tech industry, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue growth.

The position is fulltime and based at our offices in Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging to expand our client base in the Scandinavian market.
  • Actively manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Danish and English (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in sales within the tech industry, preferably with SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and technology landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
