With the recent acquisition by Capidea, InterMail is scaling up our SaaS division and looking for several new key players to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer success and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

InterMail has a long history of providing communication and marketing solutions. Our team specializes in offering SaaS-products for running loyalty programs and creating cutting egde customer experiences, which are currently used by some of Scandinavia’s biggest brands.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager in our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for many of our clients, offering support, guidance, and strategic advice to help them achieve their business objectives using our loyalty platforms.

Our team consits of a mix of Danish and Swedish colleagues and the position requires you to be fluent in either Danish or Swedish. The position is fulltime and based at our offices in Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the one of the primary points of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to drive success.
  • Be a part of the customer support team and provide assistance to clients in their everyday work.
  • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth and seamless transitions onto our platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing their value and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience within the tech industry.
  • Prior experience working with Marketing Automation platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Fluent in either Danish or Swedish as well as good English language skills.
