Tailored portal and scanning process to optimize postage budget and ROI

In addition to managing everything from idea to distribution, InterMail also handles the receiving and handling of YouSee’s return mail – regardless of distribution. Through a customized scanning solution, YouSee gets a quick overview of all return mail. By using unique codes on the letters, InterMail identifies the reason why a letter has been returned so that YouSee can update its database and communicate with the recipient in another way or erase the recipient in any future deliveries. With an archive solution, each individual letter is also scanned and converted into a PDF. Thus, YouSee always has an overview of exactly which letter has been sent and returned. At the same time, we can calculate a more accurate ROI and continuously optimize the postage budget.
